The benefits of turmeric

I made some orange juice this morning, infused with ginger, turmeric, lime and water to help with digestion and boost my immune system.


Turmeric is an amazing healing herb, it can help:


  • Reduce the symptoms of arthritis

  • Boost the immune function

  • Help to manage irritable bowel syndrome or IBS

  • Prevent and treat Alzheimers

  • Protect against liver damage, gallstones, and manage liver conditions

  • Help to prevent and manage diabetes
