Spending time relaxing and soaking in the bath can be very therapeutic. Whether you choose to reduce stress, relax sore muscles or improve your overall health, a little self-care can do a lot of good. Bath salts, like Epsom salts or Himalayan salts, can help take the experience of a soaking bath from soothing to a healing and rejuvenating experience. At Butterflies with Beauty we use Epsom salts in our bath once a week to help us relieve soreness, relax and relieve tension.
